Important Guidelines for Parents
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
The admission process starts at the beginning of December each year and closes by the end of January. Classes for the new academic year start in March.
Application Forms
• Original Birth Certificate as well as two photocopies or Form B
• Three passport-size photographs of the applicant
• Progress Report Card from the previous class issued by the last school attended. (Not applicable for pre-primary I)
Age Criteria for Admission
Prep-1------------------- 3.8 years to 4.5 years
Prep-II ----------------- 4.5 years to 5 years
Grade I----------------- 6 years to 7 years
Grade II --------------- 7 years to 8 years
Grade III--------------- 8 years to 9 years
Grade IV -------------- 9 years to 10 years
Grade V--------------- 10 years to 11 years
School Timings
Please follow the shared timings for prompt pick-up and drop-off of your child.
Play Group ———————— 9.00 am to 11.30 am
Prep I & Prep II —————— 8.30 am to 12.pm
Grade I to Grade V ————– 8.00 am to 1.15 pm
School Uniform
Students should come in proper school uniform with black polished shoes and white socks (No ankle socks allowed).
New uniforms are available at Rasheed Sons, Gulistan e Joher Branch.
Girls uniform: white/red check Flared Top with White Tides
Boys uniform: White shirt with Gray Pant and Tie
Hair
Boys must have a proper haircut, or they will not be allowed on campus.
Hair should be trimmed, neat and clean.
Girls should have their hair properly secured in a braid with no loose hair falling on forehead. Only white or black ponytails are allowed. No makeup is to be worn.
Books and Copies
Please ensure that students bring all their books, copies and test copies plastic coated. Test copies to be brought in a separate clear folder with name and class mentioned.
